Our standard design fee includes 3 meetings with the builder, Jim Bennett, and a licensed architect or a draftsman; you choose. Together we help to ensure that all of your initial design ideas and changes you desire to make are feasible and will work with your budget. There are minimal or possibly no design fees if you are simply making a few personal changes to one of our existing plans. If you desire a higher-end custom home we also offer a complete design team which would include interior design services, virtual plans to tour your floor plan before finalizing drawings, color-outs and resources for all the latest in technologies.
